Ministry News: Master Clubs Kick Off Night. August 15. 2012. I am excited about a new year in the Master Clubs ministry. We kicked things off last night with a great crowd of 81 in attendance. I’m always thankful for a fresh vision and another opportunity to do more for God, to help along the future generation in growing by faith, and sharing what the Lord has put on my heart. This year we will turn our attention to Hebrews 12:2 and present the theme: “Looking Unto Jesus.” I’m sure I’ll be blogging about this subject quite often so stay tuned. Pray for us.
Ministry News: Vacation Bible School. July 9-13. Last week we completed our Vacation Bible School and it was one great week! The Lord blessed us with great attendance, most importantly, souls were saved. 14 young children made professions of faith in Christ as their personal savior.
Ministry News: Coming up in September (September 2nd). I will be with the Bessie Road Baptist Church @ 9:45 am speaking in the Sunday school hour and singing during the worship service prior to Rev. Brandon Morris preaching. Looking forward to this day.
Ministry News: July 1. 2012. Preaching @ Landmark Baptist Church (Easley, SC). I had the wonderful opportunity to preach at Landmark Baptist Church on Sunday evening, July 1 for Bro. Gary Edwards. It was a delight to be with these dear people and preach the Word of God. Thankful for the opportunity! Love Bro. Edwards and his family.
Ministry News: June 11-15. 2012. The Carolina Youth Camp. (Sophia, North Carolina). What a week! God really blessed the first Carolina Youth Camp with Brother C.T. Townsend. It was a wonderful week. We were blessed to have about 12-13 other churches with us. The best news is this: 45 saved, 20 rededicated their life to Christ, and 6 young men answered the call to preach!
Ministry News: June 6. 2012 (Wednesday). I had the wonderful privilege of leading a young girl to the Lord last night in our Jr. Church ministry. My buddy Jeremy Schultz preached about “God’s Promise of Eternal Life” from 1 John. It’s always a joy to see a child come to Jesus by faith!
Ministry News: Rev. Jeremy P. Wakefield will be preaching at Truth-Missionary Baptist Church on Sunday evening, JUNE 3. 2012. 6:30 pm
Ministry News: We had a great time preaching @ Emmanuel Baptist Church (Swansboro, North Carolina) on May 6, 2012 (PM Service). We love that church so much!
Ministry News: We are scheduled to preach @ Victory Baptist Church (Holly Ridge, North Carolina) on April 15th and April 18th. Looking forward to being with these precious people again!
